BDO provides assistance to LLC “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” on the agreement concluded between LLC “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” and LLC “Liftu Alianse”

BDO performed an assessment of possible fraud that occurred when LLC “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” concluded a contract with the contractor LLC “Liftu Alianse”. In the course of the evaluation, a detailed legal research was carried out and an in-depth evaluation report was prepared on the legality of the contract. In preparing the report, JSC “BDO Latvia” assessed the legality of the above agreement, assessed the aspects of the procurement procedure, as well as analyzed the compliance of the works ordered and paid for by the Company with the requirements of the procurement procedure and procurement agreement.

BDO ensured successful and efficient preparation of the evaluation report and its transfer to SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks”. BDO also participated in the development of future action scenario assessments and risk assessments in connection with the agreement concluded between LLC “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” and LLC “Liftu Alianse”.
